为了运行好各种设施设备，管理好各种运营工作，保障设备正常稳定地发挥作用，除了要制定一系列规章制度外，还须对员工进行技术培训，提高相应操作技能及理论水平，做到“四懂四会”，即懂工程运维基本知识，懂主要设备的作用和管理方法，懂技术经济指标含义与计算方法、指标含义及其应用，会合理操作设备，会排除操作中的故障。
公司向项目单位派技术人员到现场参与开箱验货,并负责设备安装、调试、启动，并协助用户进行操作人员的培训，以达到上岗独立操作条件。免费为用户提供设备及相关处理技术的终身咨询服务，并协助用户建立系统运行管理记录档案，技术规程和操作规程及运行登记制度。
设备进行调试前，我方指派专业计划人员进行人员培训，确保相关人员够达到对设备进行运行的要求；随着调试期的结束，我方将全套的工艺运行移交给运行方，并确保移交后，相关人员能够独立进行设备运行。
项目建设终系统将交付用户使用，项目培训是项目实施中的重要环节，通过项目培训对客户人员进行全面的技术培训，使客户单位人员达到能独立进行管理、故障处理、日常测试维护等工作，以便于我方提供的软、硬件能够正常、安全的运行。
由于气盾坝是一种新型的拦河方案，该技术使用范围小，使用人员少，不同用户使用时相互之间无法沟通，因此我们在本项目中将针对使用人员有针对性的进行培训，保障培训效果，使各个使用人员都能熟练掌握该系统的相关知识。
Training Plan
To ensure the efficient operation of various facilities and equipment, standardize daily management, and maintain stable and reliable equipment performance, the Company will formulate comprehensive management regulations and provide professional technical training for employees. The training is designed to improve personnel’s operational skills and theoretical knowledge, enabling all operators to achieve the standard of Four Understandings and Four Capabilities. To be specific, operators shall understand the basic knowledge of project operation and maintenance, the functions and management methods of core equipment, as well as the definitions and calculation methods of technical and economic indicators; and be capable of operating equipment properly and troubleshooting operational failures independently.
1. Technical Service Deliverables
The Company provides clients with complete technical documents and supporting materials as follows:
Equipment layout drawings and system schematic diagrams;
System operation manuals;
Electrical schematic diagrams;
Electrical terminal connection drawings;
Performance parameter descriptions of major accessories;
Equipment maintenance manuals and technical guidelines;
Standard templates for equipment operation logs;
Specifications and recommended consumption quantity of consumable parts.
The Company will dispatch professional technicians to the project site to participate in unpacking and acceptance of all equipment. Our team is responsible for equipment installation, commissioning and startup, and provides targeted training for the client’s operators to help them acquire independent operating qualifications. We offer lifetime free technical consulting services for equipment and system operation. Meanwhile, we will assist the client in establishing complete operation management archives, standardized technical regulations, operating procedures and operation registration management systems.
Prior to equipment commissioning, our professional trainers will conduct pre-job training for relevant personnel to ensure they fully meet operational requirements. Upon the completion of commissioning, we will complete the full handover of all process and operation technologies to the client’s team, enabling relevant staff to operate the entire equipment system independently.
2. Significance of Personnel Training
As a core component of project implementation, personnel training plays a decisive role in the overall project delivery. Systematic and standardized training enables operators to master professional technical knowledge and practical experience required for daily work, so as to guarantee stable and seamless operation of the whole system.
After the completion of project construction, the entire system will be officially delivered to the client. Comprehensive technical training for the client’s staff enables personnel to independently carry out system management, fault disposal, routine testing and daily maintenance, ensuring the safe, stable and long-term operation of all delivered software and hardware facilities.
3. Overall Training Objectives
Trainees: General system operators designated by the client.
Training Objective: Enable trainees to proficiently master the full set of operating methods of the targeted system.
Training Content: Basic principles and daily operation of the pneumatic shield dam system.
Training Methods: Centralized group training and personalized one-on-one tutoring.
Training Frequency: At least 2 sessions of centralized on-site training organized by our company; personalized tutoring available on demand throughout the project period.
The pneumatic shield dam is an innovative river regulation facility. At present, this technology has not been widely popularized across the industry, with limited users in the market, making it difficult for different project users to share operational experience. In view of this feature, we will provide customized and targeted training for on-site operators to optimize training effectiveness, and ensure every trainee can fully grasp relevant professional knowledge and operational skills of the pneumatic shield dam system.
