铁岭尔凡橡塑研发有限公司创建于2010年6月，是由沈阳化大高分子材料研发中心有限公司投资注册成立，是由高校学术带头人陈尔凡教授携其科技成果领办的民营科技有限责任公司，拥有建筑面积1800平方米的成果转化及产业化基地。公司主要从事先进高分子材料及制品的研发，高新技术成果转化和产业化。公司注册于铁岭经济技术开发区帽山橡塑科技创业园17号。

公司经营范围：高分子及其复合材料与制品、精细化工产品和相关技术与设备的研发、设计、转化、生产、服务、咨询、销售；经营进出口业务（国家法律法规禁止的业务除外）。

主导产品是先进橡塑高分子及复合材料和制品，产品性能处于同类产品的先进水平。绝大多数技术和产品为自主创新，市场竞争力强，并有重大工业化及共性技术背景。

Founded in June 2010, Tieling Erfan Rubber & Plastic R&D Co., Ltd. was invested and registered by Shenyang Huada Polymer Material R&D Center Co., Ltd. As a private science and technology limited liability company initiated by Professor Chen Erfan, an academic leader from universities with his proprietary scientific and technological achievements, the company owns an industrialization base covering a construction area of 1,800 square meters for achievement transformation. Registered at No.17 Maoshan Rubber and Plastic Technology Pioneer Park, Tieling Economic and Technological Development Zone.
